Isabella Zhang

Vice President

Isabella Zhang is a sophomore at Brookline High School and the founder and CEO of Music for More, an organization dedicated to teaching and sharing the joy of music with young children in the community. As a pianist for over a decade, she has studied with renowned pianist and mentor Chenchen Gong since the beginning of her musical journey. She has earned distinctions in the ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory Exam and the Grade 8 Practical Exam, as well as received a perfect score of 5 on the AP Music Theory Exam.

Isabella is an accomplished performer and collaborator, serving as the accompanist for Brookline High School’s Camerata Honor Choir and frequently performing at senior residences like Waterstone at the Circle and Goddard House. She is devoted to sharing her passion for music with others and is a proud member of Musicians for Community.

Aside from her piano achievements, Isabella is also an advanced clarinetist. She is a member of the Youth Repertory Orchestra, and offered to play with the Senior Massachusetts Wind Ensemble at New England Conservatory’s Preparatory School. She has also been selected for the MMEA Junior Districts Festival numerous times and participated in NEC’s prestigious Summer Orchestra Institute.

Outside of music, Isabella enjoys playing lacrosse and ice hockey for Brookline High School's varsity team. She also loves spending time with friends, reading, and baking.
